GB Strains Seed Bank with American Genetics
We have always been charmed by American strains. Our search for new and successful American strains with amazing flavors and looks began back in 2017 and it somewhat led to the creation of GB Strains years later, a seed bank with a clear mission; for new genetics to become accessible to all kinds of growers, in order for them to enjoy the most outstanding and awarded genetic crosses in the cannabis industry.
In 2020, we decided to embark on the new adventure of creating our own seed bank, GB Strains. An explosion of flavor, color and creativity. There was no doubt that after 10 years of experience in the cannabis industry, we were more than ready for this new challenge. In order to succeed in our task, we gathered a multidisciplinary team of expert growers and professionals that made it possible to work with exclusive genetic clones from which to choose sturdy phenotypes with great terpene profiles and high THC and CBD levels. Dutch, Spanish and Americans (both south and north) help us create THC strains, while Italians, Israelis and Swiss give us a hand with CBD and CBG cultivars.
Feminized, autoflowering, CBD-rich, regular and Limited Edition Strain
In 2021, our ideas finally became a reality and we launched our genetics divided into 5 categories:
- Exclusive feminized strains are: Apple Fritter, Banana Waffelz, Fruntz, Ice Cream Cake, New Glue, M.A.C o Miracle Allien Cookies, Tropicanna Cookies, Mimosa GB, Strawberry Banana, Dos y Glue, Grand Daddy Purple o G.D.P and Unicorn Poop.
- Our autoflowering selection includes: Auto Unicorn Poop, Auto Gold Pineapple, Auto Tangerine Kush, Auto Velvet Krush, Auto New Glue and Auto Pluto.
- We also feature CBD-rich strains, such as: Strawberry Cake CBD, GB Therapy CBD, OG Kush CBD, Harlequin CBD, Blue Cheese CBD and Grape Cake CBD.
- Interested in improving our offer, we are working on regular strains specially aimed at demanding growers seeking for new phenotypes with high trichome production and unique terpene profiles.
In 2021, we created our first Bazookiez Limited Edition. We couldn’t be more proud of it as we know of the hard work involved in obtaining such an amazing phenotype. This cultivar combines the best qualities of its ancestors and it’s the first of a series of exclusive limited editions.

We wanted to create the best genetics and are trying our best to make it happen. It has been a long process but surely worth it, although we are aware that our work is never over. GB Strains is going to continue researching new varieties with the same objective, to bring the best strains to growers.
