All About Slapz
Slapz is an indica-dominant variety born from the cross between Runtz and Grease Monkey, offering a THC level of 30% and rich terpenes that give it its signature aroma of citrus, spice, and lavender. Its potent relaxing effect and incredible cultivation results make it a perfect seed for growers seeking maximum yield and impact.
Effects of Slapz
Slapz by GB Strains stands out for its intense effects, thanks to its high 30% THC content, delivering a quick high, much like a slap—as its name suggests. Due to its strong effects, it is highly popular for recreational use, especially among experienced users. With its 60% indica dominance, it starts with euphoric sensations that gradually transition into deep relaxation, often inducing sleep, making it ideal for conditions such as insomnia. However, for less experienced users, caution is advised, as the effects can be overwhelming.
Flavors of Slapz
This feminized seed is rich in terpenes such as limonene, myrcene, humulene, and terpinolene, which combine to give Slapz its pungent aroma. Its scent features acidic and diesel-like notes inherited from Grease Monkey, along with piney undertones and a sweet yet spicy hint from Runtz. Users with a sensitive palate may also detect lavender, citrus, and cinnamon aromas.
How to grow Slapz indoors
The indica dominance of Slapz is evident in the way the plants grow—robust, with short internodal spacing, strong branches, and broad leaves. When cultivated indoors, Slapz can yield between 400-500 g/m² of dense flowers with prominent calyxes, coated in a thick layer of resin.
The flowering period lasts 8-9 weeks, and growth can be controlled with techniques such as FIM, topping, or low-stress training (LST).
How to grow Slapz outdoors
Outdoors, Slapz can stretch before developing thick flowers in shades ranging from green to deep purple, all covered in a dense resin layer that gives them a silvery glow, complemented by fine orange pistils. In optimal conditions, yields can reach 1000-1200 g/plant, ready for harvest in late September in the Northern Hemisphere and late March in the Southern Hemisphere.
As these plants mature, they can develop darker colors and grow tall outdoors, producing multiple colas. Pruning techniques can be applied to manage their growth effectively.

What can I say about these? Holy cow, what an absolute monster of a plant. Spectacular resin production, and the flavour... oooof, it lingers in your mouth for ages. They went through some weird weather spells and didn't even flinch, impossible to disappoint. As always, the growshop gets a 10/10 for logistics, eh?
