How to Clean BHO Oil Pipes

How to clean BHO oil pipes can be quite a puzzling experience, especially if your pipe doesn’t seem to have any way to access the inside and you’ve left it for a while so it’s accumulated some oil on the inside. Today we’re going to show you a system for cleaning your pipe that a good friend and BHO master taught me in Valencia.

So, when you’ve smoked your pipe a good few times it tends to end up pretty dirty on the inside like the one in the picture, but with the help of some pharmacy grade cleaning alcohol you can clean it easily without having to get expensive products or dirtying up your table or counter. All you need is alcohol and some salt to clean your pipe and leave it looking like it’s brand new.

The first thing you need to do is put a pinch or two of salt into your empty pipe, no more than that. Then add a couple of fingers of alcohol through the mouthpiece and shake it well.

When shaking you’re going to need to cover up the holes on the pipe with your fingers, and shake extremely vigorously;

you’ll notice that all of the sticky oil will have come off of the walls of the pipe and your pipe will look sparkly clean again!

Once this is done, you’ll need to get the water and salt out of the pipe, and you’re probably thinking that to do this you’re going to need to fill the pipe up and empty it again with water a million times, but no. Just take the hose off of the shower head and stick it through the biggest hole on the pipe and turn on the water. Let it flow through while shaking it until you see absolutely no salt left in the pipe.

Now, all you have to do is check and make sure there’s no alcohol vapor left in the pipe, as you don’t want to give it that first drag and have it taste like alcohol.

The last thing you have to do is clean the small parts on your oiler; to do this you’ll need to use a bowl and some alcohol. Fill the bowl up with a bit of alcohol and submerge the top part and the nail in it. You can use kitchen paper or a towel to clean the leftover oil inside.
