Description
Hermana de la Noche from the Super Strains seed bank is a high-yielding feminized strain, featuring predominant sativa genetics of unknown origin, whose high THC and CBD percentages provide balanced effects of great intensity and duration. In addition to these psychoactive powers, it stands out for the organoleptic symphony discovered during its cultivation and subsequent consumption, with a pronounced citrus and lemon character prevailing.
Similarly, it is considered a hybrid genetic with a wide chromatic variety, as its specimens exhibit different shades of green, blue, brown, and even purple. Its brilliant resin production is also noteworthy, ideal for creating hash, BHO, and Crumble extracts.
If you intend to grow under lights in enclosed spaces such as grow tents or rooms, it is recommended to use 8-9 plants per square meter in 7-liter pots, which guarantee more precise control over plant growth. With basic treatments, the final yield can reach 550 g/m², after a flowering period of about 12 weeks. It is advisable to grow this strain from cuttings, due to its considerable adaptability during the initial photosynthetic processes.
Growing this photoperiodic variety outdoors allows for obtaining large specimens, which can reach up to 3 meters in height if planted in March. The dry yield can approach 650-700 g/plant, being adequately mature for harvesting in early November in the northern hemisphere and early May in the southern hemisphere.
The Dutch seed bank itself indicates that this strain in outdoor cultivation is reserved for experienced cannabis growers. However, its resistance to different pests and other potential diseases is sufficient for these growers not to encounter too many setbacks if grown in places with a temperate climate, where the thermal amplitude does not exceed 10 °C.
Regarding the organoleptic properties, the marked citrus nuance appreciated in the flavors and aromas of this variety from the bank that originated the mythical Amnesia genetics stands out. The fragrances glide through more spicy and floral brushstrokes, while the taste intensifies, evoking different types of lemon and lime, with a sweet background that counteracts the astringency in the mouth perceived from its consumption.
Regarding the effects provided by Hermana de la Noche, it is important to highlight the demonstrable psychoactive capacity in its high THC content (19%). In this sense, from the first puffs, a strong high effect is experienced, which exponentially stimulates creativity and ingenuity, enabling the performance of tasks that require an extra dose of improvisation and flair. On the other hand, the advancement of the minor indica influence manages to create a pleasant atmosphere of physical relaxation and mental peace, making this variety an excellent option to combat insomnia and calm nerves.
