Description
Silver Fire by Sensi Seeds (Sensi #32) is a strain that comes from a combination between one of the most famous sativa-dominant strains of the past century, Silver Haze Regular (Northern Lights x Haze), and an amazing Fire OG (OG Kush x SFV OG Kush), which is one of the most representative OG strains, having been used in various different breeding processes. The resulting strain is incredibly strong, producing highly superior results without needing to be grown by a cannabis expert.
In order to get the best possible results from Silver Fire indoors, you’ll need to keep in mind that it can grow twice as large during the flowering period; we recommend starting it off at 12/12h in order to make sure that it doesn’t grow out of control. When done right and given a decent feeding schedule, you can easily harvest over 500g per m2, although its average yield is more like 400-450g/m2. It doesn’t need much care, although we do recommend using a trellis net in order to evenly distribute its branches and increase yield. It generally takes around 60 days to flower, although some phenotypes may take up to 70 days to finish flowering.
If you’re an outdoor grower, especially if you’ve already grown some sort of Silver Haze strain before, you’ll know exactly what to do with this strain. However, growers that don’t have much experience with these types of strains should keep in mind that they can grow over 2m tall easily, getting quite wide in the process. We highly recommend taking your time when growing this strain, planning it a bit later than usual, topping it a couple of times and guiding its branches out sideways to stop it from growing too tall. Thanks to this strain’s genetic makeup it can easily deal with bad weather as well as stress caused by nutrient deficiency and high temperatures, although it produces some of the best results in dry climates that have low relative humidity. It should be ready to harvest from mid-October onwards, and it can easily produce over a kilo per plant.
Silver Fire produces flavors with citric, pungent tones that tend to turn kind of spicy, making it an interesting flavor. In as far as effect, it’s known for being quite long-lasting and energetic, turning euphoric if you consume it in excess.
