Description
The Grow Bed 80x80x40 cm Neptune significantly increases the available volume for roots compared to the compact formats in the range.
Its approximately 256 liters of maximum capacity allow for a large substrate mass, which is especially useful in Living Soil systems where it is desirable to promote a continuous environment for roots, moisture, and biological activity.
Its square format is combined with breathable geotextile walls and a modular PVC structure that keeps the assembly stable once filled.
The 80 × 80 × 40 cm provides approximately 256 liters of maximum volume.
A larger amount of substrate offers more space for the root system and allows working with a considerable soil reserve for prolonged cycles.
In Living Soil, this volume facilitates maintaining an active microbial community and reduces the limitations of working with small, independent containers.
The container is made of high-density breathable geotextile. This material allows the walls to have contact with the air and promotes air pruning of the roots when they reach the edges, helping to prevent them from accumulating in circles around the container.
A white PVC structure maintains the shape of the bed and facilitates its installation. Its modular assembly requires no tools and allows for the addition of superstructures using additional tubes. This makes it possible to incorporate guiding meshes and adapt the assembly to different cultivation configurations.
The Grow Bed 80x80x40 cm can be used both indoors and outdoors. Its square surface allows a significant volume of soil to be concentrated in a delimited area, making it suitable for terraces, patios, urban gardens, and growing spaces where a set of pots is to be replaced by a single bed.
The Neptune range has watertight trays designed to collect drainage from the Grow Beds.
The compatible tray is sold separately, so it is not part of the standard content of this reference.
Its maximum geometric capacity is approximately 256 liters.
The large continuous volume provides more space for roots, moisture, and biological activity, avoiding dividing the substrate among numerous pots.
