Description
A completely ecological pest control product
This kit includes a sublimator and a 750 gram bag of 98.5% micronised sulphur to protect your plants against all types of fungi and mites. This method of pest control is completely environmentally friendly and very easy to use, making it ideal for grow rooms with plants in the vegetative stage, as well as for cuttings or mother plants.
The burner has a removable compartment where the micronised sulphur is placed. Once connected to the lamp, the built-in resistor starts to heat the material to about 140 degrees, just the right temperature for the sulphur to take effect without being toxic to plants or humans.
The process of using sulphur to prevent pests from attacking your crops is very curious, as it does not attack the organisms directly. This gas changes the areas' PH where it acts, so that fungi and mites do not have the conditions necessary to establish and reproduce, fleeing the crop in search of more favourable areas.
As already mentioned, this method is perfect for the vegetative phases, but once the plants enter the flowering phase, it should be stopped (around the first or second week), as the gases caused by the sulphur can deteriorate the flavour, aroma and general quality of the buds.
How to use the sulphur burner (sulphur sublimator)
- Add micronised sulphur to the removable burner compartment (the purer the sulphur, the less the grow room will smell).
- Hang the sublimator 40 centimetres above the tips of the plants.
- To avoid having to light it manually, it is advisable to connect the burner to a digital timer that turns it on once a week for two hours (at night and with the hood and lights off).
- It is also advisable to leave the fans running during the sulphur sublimation period to distribute the sulphur evenly.
- If used as a treatment and not as a preventive measure, use it for 1 hour a day under the same conditions (at night and with the extractor fans and lights off).

Bought this because of spider mites on my tomatoes in the greenhouse. Let it circulate around the plants and hope the critters die. Looking good so far and you can see the effect.
