Shipping: arrived in one business day. Really spectacular. There was a small issue with the payment (with crypto) totally unrelated to GB, rather with their payment provider, but they solved it instantly; in fact, I mention it more to highlight the team's efficiency than the problem itself. Grow: it was my first time growing a mycelium cake. I think the rainy, sunless days didn't help much, the first pins took a very long time to appear, about 15 days, and thanks to customer service recommending that I close the bag completely until they showed up, that did the trick. Then they grew slowly and not at their healthiest (ventilate well once they appear). I ended up harvesting the first flush which yielded about 40g (not much) and with pretty small mushrooms. I probably did something wrong, but I really appreciate GB's customer service, I sent them photos and they gave me recommendations and tips, and following them helped a lot; the mushrooms didn't turn out perfect, but they weren't ruined either. Now, the second flush, probably helped by the sun and warm days, and this time with the advice from the GB team right from the start, was super fast, in 3 or 4 days there were already pins and in 8 or 9 days total I harvested some GIANT, perfect mushrooms, got about 120g, which are now drying, and I've already started the third flush. I truly appreciate customer service, for real. Quality: what can I say, first time, totally insane, spectacular. Obviously I'll have to try other strains, but I'm telling you, if it's your first time, go for these with confidence, you won't regret it. Tip: the QR instructions are fine, but don't stop watching videos, forums, this website's blog, etc. Depending on the area, the climate, and I guess the strain, you might need to tweak things here and there. Cultivo: era la primera vez que cultivaba un pan de setas. Creo que los días lluviosos y sin sol no ayudaron mucho, tardaron muchísimo en aparecer los primeros primordios, unos 15 días, y gracias a que el servicio al cliente me recomendó cerrar la bolsa completamente hasta que aparecieran, y así fue. Luego crecieron despacio y no de lo más sanos (ventilar bien una vez que aparezcan). Terminé cultivando la primera tanda en la que salieron unos 40gr (poco) y con setas bastante pequeñas. Seguramente algo habré hecho mal, pero valoro muchísimo la atención al cliente de GB, les envié fotografias y me dieron recomendaciones, tips y seguirlos ayudó muchísimo, las setas no salieron perfectas pero tampoco se arruinaron. Ahora bien, la segunda tanda, seguramente ayudada por el sol y los días cálidos, y esta vez con los consejos del equipor de GB desde el inicio, fue rapidísima, en 3 o 4 días ya había primordios y en 8 o 9 días en total coseché unas setas GIGANTES y perfectas, salieron unos 120 gr, que ahora se están secando y ya puse en marcha la tercera tantda. Valoro muchísimo el servicio al cliente, de verdad.
Calidad: qué decir, primera vez, una locura realmente, espectacular. Lógicamente deberé probar otras variedades, pero te digo que si es su primera vez, prueben con estas tranquilos, no se están equivocando.
Consejo: las instrucciones del QR están bien, pero no dejen de ver videos, foros, el blog de este mismo portal, etc. Depende la zona, el clima y supongo que la variedad, habrá que hacer alguna u otra cosa diferente. Y no duden en consultar por mail al equipo que saben muchísimo y responden al instante.
