Description
33mm peat pellets are beautifully compact discs that you can use for rooting and germinating seeds/clones. You’ll be able to speed up the germination and rooting process, making for much stronger and more compact plants.
33mm Peat Jiffy Format
Unlike other pellets, Jiffys come in compact discs so that you can store them easily if you have a lot. They take up one fourth of the space that normal peat pellets take up. They’re super easy to hydrate – simply let them soak for about five minutes until they plump up. Squeeze out any excess water using your hands – make sure to squeeze them back into shape afterwards. Make sure to remove all excess water or else you may end up soaking and rotting your seeds.
All of these pellets have a soft center that makes it super easy to place your seed or cuttings. It has a mesh around the outside of the peat so that you can transplant them without losing any substrate. They also contain small amounts of special nutrients used to give seedlings and cuttings a little extra boost. Also check out these fantastic Coco Bricks.
33mm Peat Jiffy Contents
They’re made using peat moss that has been through rigorous quality control to ensure that they are fully organic. This peat is taken from sources that regenerate faster than they are harvested; the environment was not harmed in this process. It also contains 25% coco coir, making for a spongy and oxygenated pellet. Perfect for Square Flower Pots In All Sizes.
