Description
Calcium Magnesium Supplement Terra Aquatica for correcting gaps
Calcium Magnesium Supplement by Terra Aquatica is a calcium and magnesium supplement especially designed to correct the gaps of these minerals or to improve the solutions with reverse osmosis water. These secondary nutrients are essential for the healthy growth and development of plants, being part of some essential processes.
Calcium and magnesium: two crucial nutrients
Calcium plays a key role in the cultivation of plants as it improves the absorption of other nutrients such as potassium and magnesium. In addition, it also strengthens the natural defenses of plants, helping to deal with illnesses and plagues, thus promoting a stronger immune system. It is crucial for creating and strengthening the cell walls, providing a proper structure to plants.
On the other hand, magnesium is essential for photosynthesis, the process by which plants convert sunlight into energy. Besides, it promotes the division of cells, contributing to the overall development of the plant. It regulates plant hormones too, influencing the flowering, fruiting period and overall development of the plant.
When to use Calcium Magnesium Supplement by Terra Aquatica
Calcium Magnesium Supplement by Terra Aquatica is especially beneficial in growing environments with reverse osmosis water, since this water tends to lack these nutrients. It is also an excellent choice for correcting the deficiencies of these minerals in soil and to be used in hydroponics solutions where the precision of the irrigation water contents must be controlled.
Method of use
- 1.5 ml/L to solve the gaps of these minerals.
- 2 ml/L before adding your fertilizers in case you are using reverse osmosis water.
- 1-1.5 ml/L on the substrate during the first two weeks if you are growing in coco coir substrate or with specific hydroponics mixtures.
- DO NOT USE in conjunction with Dual Part Coco, Nova Max or coco substrates by Terra Aquatica, as these products contain too much calcium even for the reverse osmosis water.
Calcium Magnesium Supplement characteristics
- NPK: 1-0-0.
- Suitable for pots, soil, coco coir and hydroponics.
- Can be used with all ranges of nutrients.

For my coco grows and with reverse osmosis water, it has become essential. The plants are genuinely much sturdier, with better nutrient uptake. Growth is top-notch.

Impressive. I had some leaves with weird spots and the plants were looking a bit droopy. With this, they bounced back super fast. Huge difference. 100% recommended.
