Description
Lemon Candy by Exotic Seed grows eye-catching buds and large yields that are way above average. Its calyx can go a beautiful orange color, letting off a lemony and earthy aroma. It does well under high temperatures, offering a balanced grow, especially in outdoor areas where it grows wide with plenty of light green leaves. It’s 55% sativa and 45% indica and it comes from a cross between NYCD and American Indica like the Fuel OG which also is a cross from NYCD.
Growing Lemon Candy by Exotic Seeds
Lemon Candy Indoor Growth
Indoors you’ll get to know its more flavorful and aromatic side, from which you can get citric, diesel-like buds thanks to its obvious genes. Lemon Candy is quite easy to grow if given organic, natural fertilizers in order to improve flavor and effect. You can get up to 500g per square meter with around 8 plants.
Lemon Candy Outdoor Growth
Outdoors, this strain grows without any issues, generating large, aromatic and highly resinous yields. Its calyxes close up so much that you’ll need to protect these plants from the rain at all costs, or they’ll definitely begin to rot. You can get up to 800g from just one plant, especially if it’s grown straight into the ground in pre-prepared soil.
Lemon Candy Aromas and Flavors
Its lemony taste combines perfectly with a deliciously sweet hint of American indica. Its strong, potent high will have you staring off into nothingness.
- Sativa/Indica: 55/54%
- Flowering: 65-70 days indoors, beginning to mid-October outdoors.
- Height: 0.8-1.5m indoors, 1-2.5m outdoors.

I'm usually pretty picky with my strains, but this one's a real winner. The terp profile is insane, proper citrusy candy. Got some decent yields too, which is always a bonus. Definitely one of the best I've grown this year. Anyone else get that super intense lemon aroma during cure?

The little plants came out pretty well, no big issues during the grow. Size-wise, they aren't the biggest I've ever had, but the smell they give off in flowering... is next level! Anyone else noticed that super intense aroma?

Las plantitas salieron bastante bien, no hubo mucho lío en el cultivo. De tamaño no son las más grandes que he tenido, pero el olor que sueltan en floración... ¡es otro nivel! ¿Alguien más ha notado ese aroma tan intenso?

Oof, what a blast! The lemon flavour is brutal, like a candy but not sickly sweet. It gave me so much energy you wouldn't believe it. Pure joy for the daytime!
