Description
GSE Step Transformer to stop worrying about crop temperature
With the GSE Step Transformer, you can control the temperature of your indoor grow using extractors, which won't have the usual problem of making noise when set to minimum with a dimmer.
Adjust the temperature and hysteresis as you wish, and it will work at 6 speeds. It will control the extractor and wall fan with cord to turn it on for more or less time at the speed it deems appropriate to regulate the temperature, and your extractors will not make that typical electrical noise when working at low power.
GSE Step Transformer is available in two models:
- A 2.5A model, less powerful but just as effective.
- A 7.5A model that will handle the most powerful extraction boxes.
Dimensions and technical specifications of the GSE Step Transformer:
- Box: WxHxD = 200 x 250 x 180 mm.
- Controller: WxHxD = 265 x 300 x 205 mm.
- Designed for: 2.5A or 7.5A.
- Voltage: 230V / 50Hz.
- Digital Sensor: 5V.
- Measures temperature: from –55°C to +125°C (–67°F to +257°F).
- Accuracy: 0.5°C with a range of –10°C to +85°C.
- Protection class: IP54.
Operating range of the GSE Step Transformer:
- Temperature: 20°C - 30°C.
- Temperature hysteresis: 2 - 8°C.

Thinking of getting one. What's the lowest temp it can reliably hold without cycling the fan too much? Need it for a slightly cooler space.

Stepped up from a basic on/off fan controller. This thing keeps my exhaust fan humming smoother, less noise, and way better environmental control. Big difference!

The step transformer tech is no joke. My fans aren't constantly ramping up and down like crazy. Quieter grow space and better plant health, what more could you want?

Hey, does this one come with a temperature probe included, or do I gotta buy it separate? Looks solid though for holding temps.
