At GB, we know how important our customers are and we want to reward your trust. That is why, purchase after purchase, you will be able to accumulate Loyalty Points and convert them into discount vouchers to use on future purchases on our website.

Since December 1, 2015, all purchases made at Growbarato can generate loyalty points.

Why do we reward our customers’ loyalty?

Every month, thousands of customers visit our website. Some are new customers who arrive attracted by our prices, products, or advice, while others are regular customers who trust GB and make their purchases with us on a recurring basis.

Loyalty can be due to many reasons: our customer service, delivery services, our explanatory videos, blog content, or the shopping experience.

Whatever the reason, we want to thank you for that trust.

The comments we receive through Ekomi, the blog, our emails, or even recognizing regular names among our orders encourage us to keep working every day to offer the best possible service.

That is why we reward your loyalty with points on every purchase.

How do Loyalty Points work?

The process is very simple. Every time you place an order on our website, you accumulate points in your account.

You can:

• Continue accumulating points to get a larger discount.
• Convert your points into a discount voucher and use it whenever you want.

Within your GB account, you will find a section called “My Loyalty Points”, where you can check your accumulated points and manage your discounts.

How many points can I get?

The mechanism is simple:

• For every €10 of purchase, you receive 1 point.
• A purchase of €68 generates 6 points.
• A purchase of €71 generates 7 points.
• Each point is equivalent to a €0.20 discount.

For example:

5 points = €1 discount
50 points = €10 discount

A purchase example

If you make a purchase of €101.80, you will receive 10 points, equivalent to a €2 discount.

As an example, the Boom Nutrients Basic Kit currently appears on Growbarato as a pack consisting of Boom Growth, Boom Bloom, and Roots Boom. Its product page also shows the number of loyalty points the purchase generates.

Loyalty Points Rules

For the system to work correctly, there are some conditions for the accumulation and use of points:

• For every €10 of purchase, 1 point will be added to your account.
• Each point is equivalent to a €0.20 discount via a code generated on our website.
• Shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees do not generate points.
• Points will be available once the order has been shipped.
• You can generate the voucher from the moment we ship the order, but you will have to wait 4 days to be able to use it.
• If an order is returned to our store because it was not picked up or a return is made, the corresponding points will be deducted from the account when the operation is canceled.
• Once 4 days have passed since the order was shipped, the points will be available to be used as a discount voucher.
• The period starts counting from the moment we ship the order, not from the day you receive it.

How to check your loyalty points

The points program is very easy to use. Below, we explain step by step how to check your points, transform them into a voucher, and use it on a new purchase, for example of 

1. Make your purchase

First, we will have to add the products we want to buy to the cart.

The higher the purchase amount, the more points we can accumulate. For example, on a purchase of €101.80, we will get 10 points, equivalent to a €2 discount.

Then we will have to select the delivery and billing address, choose the payment method, and confirm the order.

2. Access your account

To check our points, we will have to log in to our Growbarato account.

Once logged in, we will find different options related to our orders, such as checking the history, downloading invoices, or accessing our loyalty program.

To check the points, we will have to enter “My Loyalty Points”.

3. Check available points

Inside “My Loyalty Points”, we will be able to check the accumulated points.

When the order has not yet been shipped, the points will appear as pending validation.

Once the package leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the transport company, the points will become available to be converted into a discount voucher.

4. Convert your points into a discount voucher

When the points are validated, we just have to click on “Transform my points” to convert them into a discount voucher.

After accepting the conversion, the discount code that we can use on a future purchase will appear.

The discount amount will be applied directly to the order when entering the code.

In the example shown, the voucher has a value of €2.80.

The voucher also indicates its validity period: it begins once 4 days have passed since the order was shipped and lasts for one year from the validation of the points.

5. Use your discount voucher

When the time comes to use it, we just have to enter the code in the shopping cart.

We will look for the “Discount Voucher” section, enter our code, and click OK.

The discount will be applied automatically to the order.

In the image example, the discount voucher allows you to subtract €20 from the original purchase amount.

How to know if you have already used a voucher?

Once a discount voucher has been used, we can check its status from the “My Loyalty Points” section.

Used vouchers will appear as used, while those that are still available will continue to appear in our account.

This way, you can keep track of both the accumulated points and the vouchers you still have available.
