Ingredientes
  

  • ¼ cup of squeezed strained lemon juice without pips.
  • 400 g of cooked garbanzo beans washed and drained.
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ Tahini spices if you don’t have any you can buy them at certain stores or make your own with toasted sesame, a hint of spice and oil
  • ¼ cup of ground cumin.
  • 2 table spoons of water
  • Salt and pepper – as much as you’d like
  • ¼ medium cup of marijuana oil

  • Put the tahini and lemon juice in the blender and blend at a slow speed for 30 seconds.

  • Add the washed, drained garbanzo beans, the peeled garlic, the marijuana oil and the water.

  • Blend the ingredients at mid-to-max speed for a minute. Check the texture, and if it’s still too thick or it has bits in it, blend again in bouts of 30 seconds until the texture is hummus-like.
  • If it ends up too thick for your taste, you can add water. If it ends up too liquid add a drop of oil to give it more body.
    2 table spoons of water, Salt and pepper – as much as you’d like, ¼ cup of ground cumin.
  • Pour your hummus into a container or bowl.
  • Add a bit of raw marijuana oil and some pepper sprinkled over the top for decoration.
