How to prepare the dough

  • To make it, you can choose to use cannabis butter or cannabis oil. Before making it, it is important to select which type of CBD flowers or preferred variety to use. The steps are:
  • First prepare the dough. Place the flour, yeast, marijuana butter (leaving some for later), and salt in a bowl.
    15 g of yeast, 45 g of marijuana butter, 220 g of flour, Salt
  • Knead with hands or a mixer and gradually add water. When the dough is homogeneous, let it rest and ferment for a while. It will be ready when the dough doesn’t stick to your hands.
    120 ml of water
  • The average resting time is between 30 minutes, which can increase to a couple of hours. Often, it is preferred to prepare the dough the day before to let it rest.

Pizza preparation

  • The result should be an elastic dough that doesn’t stick. Then you can start preparing the pizza.
  • When it has rested enough, spread the dough on an oven-safe tray and spread the rest of the butter (softened) on it. Shape it as desired and let it rest a little more.
  • Meanwhile, heat some butter or oil and add the tomatoes, garlic, onion, some oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix well to prepare the tomato sauce.
  • Now, spread the cheese over the dough and then spread the tomato sauce on top. Finally, place the pepperoni and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. You can add anything you desire to this dough.
  • Bake at a not very high temperature (between 110 and 130ºC) for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the type of oven. This prevents cannabinoids from evaporating and ensures their effect.
  • Serve and enjoy the pizza.

Tips to consider

Making a cannabis pizza

This type of recipe is perfect for treating certain types of intense muscle pain, reducing epilepsy attacks, increasing appetite, or treating insomnia problems. When ingested, it is important to note that the effects are different from smoking. However, they are much more intense and last longer.

Therefore, when serving it, the dose should be taken into account to avoid overdoing it. Ideally, start with a piece and increase the dose if necessary, until the desired effects are felt.
