Ingredientes
  

  • 200 ml of cannabis milk
  • 150 gr of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 gr yeast
  • 20 gr sugar
  • A spoonful of oil

Elaboración paso a paso
 

  • First, grab a bowl and pour in the flour, the yeast and the sugar and mix well until the mixture is smooth.

  • Next, add in the milk, the eggs and the oil. Mix it all up again until the mixture is creamy and balanced without any lumps.
    200 ml of cannabis milk, 2 eggs, A spoonful of oil, 10 gr yeast
  • Mix for as long as you’d like, whisking at an angle so that more air can get into the mixture.
  • Now, it’s time to pour the mixture in to the pan. Using a large ladle, add as much as you want (depending on how thick you want the pancake to be) and once bubbles begin showing up, flip the pancake however you wish until it’s a lovely golden-brown color on both sides. Repeat this process until all of the mixture is used up.
  • Once they’re done you can complement them with some butter, cream, chocolate, jam; whatever tickles your fancy!
