How to grow Insomnia indoors
Grown indoors this strain is fast and very productive thanks to how many branches it grows. You’ll need just 9 plants per square meter, and this strain is perfect for SCRoG systems in which it will give the best results; yields of up to 550g per square meter. If you don’t use a SCRoG system you’re going to need to train your plants, as the trunk on this strain isn’t too strong which could ultimately end up in a lower yield. It takes around 9 weeks on average to flower, making it one of the fastest sativas on the market with yields similar to some of the slowest.
How to grow Indomnia outdoors
Thanks to its high resistance and fast growth, you can grow this strain in almost any kind of climate. It should be ready for harvest towards the beginning of October, meaning that it will be ready before any strong temperature changes. It can grow over 3m tall and give yields of up to 800g per plant, as well as an extremely high resin yield, especially in colder areas with big temperature differences during the night.
Insomnia Cannabis Effect and Flavor
Its effect is just as its name would suggest; it’s extremely stimulating and rather strong, offering a marked physical and mental sensation to consumers. The high starts coming down after a while, offering a more relaxed state. When tasting it you’ll notice unique tastes such as oak wood, incense and lemon. I got it as a freebie with an order and it saved my season, I planted it in good soil and its growth was insane, at 3 metres I topped it because it wouldn't stop and even so the tallest branches topped 4 metres, I had to harvest it in stages because the part getting the most sun matured first, but it took a long time I harvested it in November, it yielded an insane 1.715 g. Me vino de regalo en un pedido y me ha salvado la temporada, la planté en un buen suelo y u crecimiento fué brutal, a los 3 metros le corté la guía porque aquello no paraba y aún asi las baras mas altas superaron los 4 metros, la he tenido que cortar en varias veces porque la parte que mas tiempo le daba el sol maduró antes, pero ha tardado mucho la he recogido en noviembre, ha dado la brutalidad de 1.715 grs . Cuando leo la ficha pienso que han podido equivocarse de semilla porque no coincide nada.

Got it as a gift and one of the best I could have had.... in open ground she's huge and the yield and resin are astonishing, looks like icing sugar.. very happy with the result... planted it in March in a pot though and moved it to open ground in June.

The best gift received! Without a doubt one of the best feminised strains I have tried, I topped it to 8 branches taking lots of cuttings (around 25, 24 rooted without rooting hormone), it kept flowering with temperatures around 32C and gave no trouble at all, 67 days to get 10% amber trichomes, strong citrus fruit smell and very dense buds.
