The 3500L/h Neptune Hydroponics Air Pump is a high end device and used by hydroponic growers all over the world. Thanks to this air pump you can give your plants an oxygenated nutrient mixture that is much easier for them to absorb.
Achieve a nutrient solution that is in perfect condition and avoid stressing your plants
It works perfectly well in large water tanks – from 200 to 500L – where classic, smaller pumps simply just won’t do. If your water tank doesn’t have enough oxygen, your plants won’t be able to absorb nutrients properly – without oxygen, they can’t absorb NPK properly. If the water is of good enough quality, they’ll be able to absorb all of the nutrients available, maybe even faster than usual.
This air pump is perfect for large dimension containers (200 or 500 liters)
If the water becomes too warm, over 25°C, it’ll begin to start losing oxygen, so this is quite an important factor to keep in mind. You’ll need to keep an eye on the temperature in your tank. If possible, use a waterproof suction thermometer such as this Water Thermometer.
