Description
ICE by Royal Queen Seeds is an indica-dominant plant that doesn’t tend to grow over 1m tall and it fills out what little space it has with buds. It can be grown both indoors and outdoors, providing amazing results from almost any environment.
ICE by RQS | Potent Cannabis Strain
Growing ICE Cannabis Seeds Indoors
When grown indoors you’ll need to bend the branches and train them using a SCRoG system in order to open its branches up – it doesn’t grow too tall so you’ll want to make the most of its width. You can get up to 400g per square meter when done right, which isn’t that much, although with plenty of sun you can get more outdoors.
Growing ICE Cannabis Seeds Outdoors
Outdoors it’ll need quite a lot of sunlight and heat to grow properly from start to finish – it doesn’t do well in humid climates where it gets too cold. It needs heat to stave off fungi infestations, which can easily attack its buds due to how thick they are. You can get an enormous 450g from just one plant which should be ready to harvest towards mid-September.
Ice Flavor and Effect
It gives an intense, demolishing effect that’s perfect for before bedtime. It has a musky, sweet hash flavor. It produces quite a lot of resin, especially if you keep it up for another week or two. This strain is also perfect for making extracts. Check out our Products to Extract Resin section in case you need anything to make your extracts at home.
- Sativa/Indica: 20/80%
- Flowering: 9-10 weeks indoors, mid-September outdoors.
- Height: 1-1.4m indoors, 1.5-2m outdoors.

I grew it indoors and it's an indica beast, just as promised. It didn't stretch much, but the buds turned out spectacular, super resinous. A 10/10 for lovers of pure indicas.

La cultivé en interior y es una bestia índica, tal como prometen. No subió mucho de altura, pero los cogollos salieron espectaculares, super resinosos. Un 10 para los amantes de las índicas puras.

Surprising both indoors and outdoors, though outdoors it gave me a brutal yield. What's the full flowering cycle in days? I'm curious if others notice that resin production starts a bit late... has anyone else seen this?

I've heard it's a pure indica and doesn't get very tall. Can you get good results in a small grow tent with just one LED light or do I need more to get good buds? Thanks.
Translated from Spanish
He oído que es una índica pura y que no crece mucho. ¿Se puede aprovechar bien en un armario pequeño con un solo foco LED o necesito algo más para sacar buenos cogollos? Gracias.

Does it really stay that short outdoors like they say? Looking for something discreet but potent and this strain seems ideal, would love to hear from someone who's grown it.

¿Crece realmente tan poco en exterior como dicen? Busco algo discreto pero potente y esta variedad parece la ideal, me gustaría saber la opinión de alguien que la haya cultivado.
