These 160-micron Rosin bags are designed to achieve clean, homogeneous, and maximally pure solventless extractions. Made with high-thermal-resistance nylon mesh, they allow you to work with both professional and home Rosin presses, withstanding high pressures and temperatures without deforming or releasing residues.

The 160 µ (micron) mesh acts as a selective filter: it retains coarser plant particles while allowing resin and terpenes to pass through, resulting in a clearer, more fluid, and aromatic final product. Thanks to this balance between filtration and flow, they are ideal for pressing dried flowers, coarse kief, or lightly pressed hash.

Thanks to their balanced mesh, they allow for more fluid textures, intense flavors, and consistent results, even in home presses.

Made from industrial nylon resistant to heat and with high-precision reinforced seams, these bags offer excellent durability and maintain their shape even at temperatures up to 115 °C. Each unit measures 6.35 × 11.43 cm, a perfect size for pressing small loads of flowers or kief with complete control over flow and pressure. Their compact format makes them very practical for any level of grower, guaranteeing clean, impurity-free extractions with a professional finish.

How to Use 160-Micron rosin bags

Properly using 160 µm Rosin bags ensures cleaner, more aromatic extractions with maximum resin yield.

  1. Insert the plant material (dried flowers, kief, or lightly pressed hash) into the bag without over-compacting.
  2. Fold the opening and place the bag between two sheets of Rosin paper or parchment, ensuring it is well-centered on the press plates.
  3. Adjust the press temperature and pressure between 80 and 110 °C, starting with low values and progressively increasing until the optimal flow point is found.
  4. Apply constant pressure for a few seconds or minutes (depending on the material type), observing the resin flow until it diminishes.
  5. Remove the bag and collect the extraction, allowing it to cool before handling to preserve texture and terpenes.
