Everything about Star Killer OG
Star Killer OG effects
Star Killer effects are amazing as they combine strong THC levels with a classic indica high. inherited from its ancestor, Skywalker OG, a strain with an extremely potent indica high. While there will be some sense of euphoria and cheerfulness, the potent indica high will be way more powerful, creating relaxing and long-lasting effects. Perfect to rest and go to sleep. Very interesting on a therapeutic level as it relieves strong pain, insomnia, chemotherapy effects, stress, etc.
Star killer OG flavors
This cultivar produces intense pine and citrus kush attractive aromas. Flavor wise, it is earthy, lemony and spicy with slight fuel reminiscences, very typical in Colorado.
How to grow Star Killer indoors
Indoors, this strain is ready after a flowering period of 9-10 weeks, yielding more or less 400-500 g per square meter. It doesn’t do great under very warm temperatures and it’s important to make sure that pH levels aren’t too high either. This strain is shorter and heftier than other OG strains. It also offers very compact flowers with an incredibly aromatic resin layer, which makes using a carbon filter a must if you want to keep nosy neighbors at bay.
How to grow Star Killer outdoors
Outdoors, Star Killer is short but solid and resistant, with big and wide leaves. Our recommendation is to grow it in Mediterranean areas or in greenhouses. Star Killer OG adapts very well to different cultivation techniques and it’s resistant to mold and other pathogens. The plants can yield up to 1000 g per plant of resinous and purple buds, which will be ready for harvest by October.
Star Killer, by Rare Dankness, was created by crossing Skywalker OG, a marvelous and potent indica, with Rare Dankness #2. The final result is a great quality strain that provides intense flavors and effects. It has won various prizes in the High Times Cannabis Cup and also in the Oregon Grower’s Cup.
