Key Lime Pie x Do-Si-Dos by Philosopher’s Seeds is an indica dominant strain that has an impressive genetic background. It comes from an elite GSC clone called Key Lime Pie, known for its intense citric and lime flavors and psychoactivity, and a select Do-Si-Dos male plant. The result is a special version of GSC; it’s super easy to grow and takes just 9 weeks to flower.

Key Lime Pie x Do-Si-Dos Indoor Grow Test
Indoors it grows out and produces a sturdy, pyramid-like structure with decent internodes. You can grow this strain anywhere between 0.8 and 1.4m. You should grow 9-12 plants per square meter, producing up to 500g of delicious buds in as far as aroma, flavor and strength. It takes around 60-65 days to flower and due to its intense aroma you’ll need to use Anti-Odor Filter Mountain Air.

Outdoors it’s incredibly easy to grow thanks to how strong and sturdy it is; its strong structure allows it to deal with bad weather such as strong winds; its genes allow it to deal with dry climates or if you forget to water them for a couple of days. When grown in the ground it can grow over 2.5m tall and quite wide, so it produces quite a lot of flowers; you can harvest up to 800g per plant. It should be ready to harvest towards the start of October, so you’ll need to be careful when it comes to end of summer rains.

Its flavor is the whole reason this strain exists, and it was developed thoroughly during the breeding process; they were looking for a citric and intense flavor with hints of cookie, just like GSC. It has citric, cookie-like, earthy and slightly fruity flavors. Its effect is the perfect physical and mental combination, couch-locking you with just a couple of drags.
