The Amazonian Spore Vial is a great tool for growing psilocybe mushrooms in the long run. It is an aqueous solution containing millions of spores concentrated in 10 milliliters, providing an efficient and professional way to preserve fungi for a long time.
In fact, its storage capacity of up to 2 years in the refrigerator makes it one of the most durable methods in the mycological scene, giving cultivators a reserve of mushrooms for any time they want to start a cultivation.
Greater efficiency in spore inoculation
On the other hand, compared to other options such as syringes or magic mushroom grow kits, spore vials exhibit a considerably higher success rate, as the container material prevents them from sticking to the walls so they can be easily extracted.

How to use the 'Amazonian' Spore Vial
- Wash your hands and disinfect the entry point of the vial and the chosen substrate, as well as the syringe needle.
- Use the syringe to collect the desired amount of spores from the vial (generally, 1-2 ml is enough for 500 g of substrate).
- Insert the syringe into the container/bag with substrate and inoculate the spores evenly.
- Store the container in a dark place, away from sunlight.
- Wait until the mycelium has been fully colonized.
To speed up the colonization process, spores can be introduced into a culture liquid, allowing the mycelium to develop beforehand, and the mushrooms to form much faster when added to the substrate.
