Description
Powder Feeding Calcium by Green House is an additive used in your nutrient mix when you’re working with 0.0 EC water, which is distilled, osmosis or rain water, which lacks calcium.
When you grow in coco coir or hydro, people tend to use water with a low EC count which means that they’re giving their plants quite a small amount of nutrients.
Powder Feeding Calcium is used to give your plants a quality mineral that they’ll need once they begin flowering – if your plants have a calcium deficiency during the flowering period, you’ll definitely notice it.
Calcium helps your plants to transport nutrients from one part to another, improving the strength of the cell wall and increasing heat resistance, as well as your plants’ general structure. Perfect to use along a Neptune Hydroponics Heating Pad.
This mineral is generally added to your plants via water, and it’ll need to be added with every watering without going too far overboard. That’s why this product is perfect, as it contains the perfect calcium content for cannabis plants.
Keep in mind that most normal tap water contains enough calcium – this product is only needed for water with low EC.
