Description
Metal Collars for your extractor box
Metal collars are an essential accessory for anyone needing to perform precise and secure ventilation installations. Specifically designed for use in soundproof wooden extractor boxes, they allow for the creation of a perfectly fitted air outlet, facilitating the connection between the extractor and the ventilation duct. Thanks to their robust metal construction, they guarantee a firm and durable connection, preventing air leaks and improving the efficiency of the extraction system.
These collars are available in a wide variety of diameters: 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 315 mm, and 400 mm. This allows them to be easily adapted to any type of installation, whether domestic or professional. You just need to cut an appropriately sized hole in the extractor box or wall, place the collar over the edge, and secure it with screws to obtain a perfectly sealed outlet ready to connect the corresponding ventilation duct. Their functional design allows for quick and easy installation, even for those without prior experience in ventilation assembly.
The use of metal collars offers multiple advantages over other materials. On one hand, their robust structure provides excellent mechanical resistance, preventing deformation over time. On the other hand, their anti-corrosion treatment ensures a long lifespan, even in humid environments or with constant air exposure. Furthermore, their metallic finish enhances the overall aesthetics of the installation, providing a professional and clean appearance.
These collars not only fulfill a structural function but also contribute to maintaining a constant and efficient airflow. By ensuring a precise coupling between the extractor and the duct, they reduce noise and prevent pressure losses, thus optimizing the overall performance of the system. Thanks to their reliability and ease of use, they have become a practical, economical, and durable solution for any ventilation or indoor cultivation project.
In short, metal collars for extractor boxes offer strength, precision, and versatility in every installation. They are the perfect complement for those seeking a professional finish and an efficient, safe, and long-lasting ventilation system.
