Honestly I used one from the pharmacy and because of the menthol it didn't suit me. I bought this one for my chronic pain problem.. I wear morphine patches etc... and let's see... this cream soothes a bit and numbs the area. If it were for bumps or occasional pain it's sure to be great. For stronger pains like fibromyalgia or things like that I recommend another one from here. But you lose nothing by trying it. Since it works well and every body is different

La verdad que yo utilizaba una de farmacia y por culpa del mentol no me iba bien. Me compre esta por mi problema de dolor crónico.. llevo parches de morfina etc... y a ver... esta crema calma un poco y anestesia la zona. Si fuese para golpes o dolores puntuales seguro que va de lujo. Para dolores más fuertes tema fibromyalgia o cosas así yo aconsejo otra de aquí. Pero no perdéis nada por probarla. Ya que va bien y cada cuerpo es un mundo diferente
