A great way to sweeten up a meal or snack with friends is by preparing these marijuana sweets, which will surprise your guests. Making these sweets is easy since they don’t need to be baked, just let them cool in the fridge. This makes it possible to make them in any kitchen, with just a few everyday ingredients. Below, we explain the entire process step by step.
First, put a saucepan over low heat and add the butter, icing sugar, and condensed milk. Stir all the ingredients well until it starts to boil.
200 g of condensed milk, 250 g of icing sugar
Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and continue stirring for about two minutes. After that time, remove from heat.
Next, add the pieces of milk chocolate and the marshmallows to the mixture. Stir well until the heat melts the mixture.
200 g of milk chocolate, 150 g of marshmallows
When you have a homogeneous mixture, pour it into a mold, previously greased with a little marijuana butter, to prevent sticking. It is advisable for the mold to be made of silicone so that the candy can be easily removed later.
120 g of marijuana butter
Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator until it becomes firm.
Finally, just remove the candy from the mold and cut it into pieces or to your liking to achieve the desired shape.
Notes
How to store marijuana sweets
When storing and preserving marijuana sweets, certain tips should be considered, such as the following:
Keep them away from light and air.
Use airtight containers, preferably glass, as they will affect the flavor less.
Store them in a cool, dry, dark environment, such as the refrigerator, for best results.
When taking out a portion of stored edibles, always use a clean utensil to prevent contamination of the rest.
Label the containers to keep track of their age.
If you see mold on your edibles, it is recommended to discard them.
This way, they can last for a while in the refrigerator while maintaining their properties. However, THC degrades over time.
