Elaboración paso a paso
How to decarb your flowers
Before getting started, we’ll need to decarb the flowers of our choice in order to maximize the potency of our cannabis. Decarbing weed consists of applying heat to transform THCA into THC. This way, we’ll boost the neurological effects of this chemical compound found in the resin of cannabis plants. Thus, the decarboxylated process can be easily done by cooking your flowers in the oven for about 30 minutes at 240ºF (115ºC).
3-5 mg of ground
Preparing your cannabis honey
Once we have our cannabis flowers decarbed, it’s time to get on with it. However, this recipe is extremely easy and doesn’t require too many steps. The key is patience and time:
Wrap your decarbed cannabis with the cheesecloth and tie it tightly with the string.
3-5 mg of ground
Prepare a double boiler, place the cheesecloth and add the honey of your choice with a tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 cup of the honey of your choice, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients and apply gentle heat.
Simmer your mixture for about 2-4 hours, making sure it never comes to boil.
After this time, remove the cheesecloth and strain the honey, pouring it in a jar.
