If you want a good yield, stimulate your plants’ flowering. With a good start, it is easier to have a good finish; with a good stimulator, we will achieve much more production than without using one, so it is worth investing a little in our plants at this time of year to reap a good harvest in the future.
We all like big plants with long colas of buds, but they don’t happen on their own. At the beginning of flowering, our plants go through a growth spurt where they stretch quite a bit. If we give them a good flowering stimulator during that period, instead of stretching so much, they will form many more flowers that we will fatten up later with other fertilizers, but we will already have a good foundation.
We will ensure that most of our branches, and especially the central tip, become a long cola of flowers, which is where the desirable, resinous, and well-formed buds are. Furthermore, our plant will begin its flowering cycle as soon as possible and, consequently, will finish sooner, which is very convenient if we don’t have very good weather.
The best flowering stimulators
There are many marijuana flowering stimulators on the market and we have mentioned them to you before, but now in the middle of the flowering season, we will remind you of the different stimulators that have worked best for us and what they will do for your plants, as they are not all the same. Some have certain characteristics and others have different ones; we must choose which one is right for us based on what we expect from it.
Bud Ignitor
My favorite, and the one with which we achieve the longest and most productive colas. It forms a large quantity of flowers from the middle of the branch to the end, giving you up to double the production from the same plant at the end of the harvest.
I don’t know how it does it, but since I started using it, I haven’t switched to another, as none of them produce those colas. If you normally get 5 g on a branch, by having many more flowers forming the bud, you can reach 10 g without any problem.
Besides, you won’t have to wait long to see the flowers start to form; indoors it barely takes two weeks. Outdoors, we will stretch it from when we transplant at the beginning of July until more or less the beginning of August, when we will see our buds formed and ready for full-sun flowering. That will be the time to stop using it and start fattening them up with the rest of the fertilizers as we normally do.
To use Bud Ignitor correctly, you must mix it with the irrigation water and use it from the beginning of July until you see the flowers formed and ready for flowering, watering every other time. It is one that will not disappoint you.
Delta 9
The organic stimulator preferred by growers for over 10 years. A large amount of resin is achieved on our plants when we use it.
It is an ideal supplement for those who grow with organic fertilizers, as it will greatly increase the final quality of the buds. Apart from having the best flavor and the excellent quality that only biological fertilizers can give you, you will have an exaggerated amount of resin that will multiply the effect and the flavor. If you are one of those who makes resin extractions, you have to buy Delta 9, given the amount you will get even from the leaves themselves.
Its application is very simple; you just have to spray our plants from the moment we transplant them for flowering at the beginning of July and repeat the application 10 days later. Afterward, every 10 days, we will apply it in the irrigation water at least twice more, and it can be continued until the end of flowering to maximize its effects, although applying it until mid-flowering when fattening begins will be enough for it to do its job.
Bud Candy
With Bud Candy, a mixture of carbohydrates, calcium, and magnesium is provided, which will help the plant in resin formation, with large and abundant trichomes. These manage to give more body to the flowers, which will weigh more.
Likewise, it is possible to considerably improve the flavor of the variety being grown, respecting and enhancing the original flavor of each of the varieties being grown, achieving a much more productive flowering phase.
To use it, simply apply 2 ml per liter from the beginning of flowering until the root flush, using it in one out of every two waterings.
Bio Boost / Canna Boost Accelerator
Both Canna Boost Accelerator and Bio Boost are good flowering stimulators, although they also include sugars for fattening and must be used practically until the end of flowering. You get good buds with it, but you use a large amount of product. In return, we will have very good colas of very good weight, full of resin and loaded with density. It is always used in the irrigation water, and we can apply it in one out of every two waterings together with the rest of the fertilizers.
Both in the organic line with Bio Boost and in the mineral line with Canna Boost Accelerator, both work equally well. Your plants will begin to flower as soon as possible and form resin early, which will make our buds look appetizing right away.
At the end of flowering, by having such old and oxidized flowers, our buds will have an explosive appearance, full of effects and cannabinoids packed with active ingredients.
Top Max by BioBizz
Very similar to Bio Boost Accelerator, but it also activates the soil, attracting soil micro-life toward the roots of your plants. Top Max will transport the nutrients available in the soil quickly throughout your plant to all its parts, and by having everything they need at the right moment, they will flower in the best way. Our roots will have an explosion that will be reflected in the beginning of flowering and in the growth spurt your plants will have, increasing the absorbent surface of the roots and improving the nutrition of our plant.
The thing is that it must be used from the beginning to the end of flowering, so we have to spend quite a bit of product on our outdoor plants since their flowering periods are quite long. In return, we will have the best flavor in our plants, in addition to a good yield, by using organic fertilizers in our crop, and even more so if we apply it together with Top Bloom by BioBizz, which has beet sugar among its components.
There are many more stimulators, but with these, we will obtain the best results, or at least we will obtain the expected ones, since sometimes we use products that promise us a lot and it is nothing like what we wanted. Now, at least we will have a little guidance and will use the one that suits us best in our crop.
