• Before starting, make sure the mushrooms are completely dry. If so, the first step is to cut them into small pieces, either with the help of a coffee grinder or a sharp knife. The idea is to make them as small as possible.

• Then, chop the chocolate and place it in a glass or metal bowl.

• Melt the chocolate. To do this, put a pot with water to boil over low heat and place the bowl with a space of about 2 cm. This way, while the water boils, you can heat the chocolate until it melts and stir it with a spoon. Another alternative is to melt it in the microwave, but you have to make sure the chocolate doesn’t burn.

• Once melted, let it cool for a minute. If you have a pastry thermometer, use it to check that the temperature is below 70°C.
