Could it control several ballasts, or would it only control 1? Because if it only controls one it's a waste of time, since a single ballast is easy to tweak. Now things get tricky with multiple ballasts and complex setups where it's better not to touch too much. In that case it would be a great idea and a really valuable tool to have.
