Description
The 730 W Black Ultra GB Lighting Dimmable LED System is a high-performance LED fixture designed for indoor grows that require more power, better light distribution, and more productive flowering.
Within the BLACK ULTRA range, this model is a very balanced option: it offers more intensity than compact systems but maintains a manageable structure of 6 LED bars. It incorporates a total of 2016 chips, which helps distribute light evenly over the plants and reduces areas with less illumination.
Its spectrum combines different types of light to support the plant throughout its entire cycle. On the one hand, it includes warm white light and full spectrum to promote healthy and balanced development. On the other hand, it incorporates red light and far-red, especially useful during flowering, when the plant needs more energy to form dense, compact flowers with good resin production.
Additionally, it includes 450 nm Blue diodes, essential for vegetative development and rooting. The strategic presence of blue promotes:
- shorter internodes,
- more compact structures,
- stronger roots,
- and more uniform growth.
Another highlight is the combination of 660 nm Deep Red and 730 nm Far Red, which allows for working with the so-called Emerson Effect. Simply put, this interaction helps the plant make better use of available light, especially during phases of high light demand.
All of this is integrated into a dimmable system, with a completely black finish and a professional aesthetic, designed for growers looking for a powerful, efficient LED ready to achieve better indoor results.
0-10 V Dimming, External Control, and Installation
The Black Ultra 730 W incorporates a 0-10 V dimmer to adapt the lighting to each phase of cultivation. You can start with reduced intensity and progressively increase it as the plants develop.
It also features RJ12 connection and EXT mode, allowing it to be integrated into compatible external control systems. If several luminaires are connected to the same controller, all selectors must be set to the EXT position.
The driver is integrated, and its structure can be unfolded up to 180°. Thanks to its Plug & Play system, installation is quick and easy.
Its passive cooling system operates without fans or moving parts, reducing noise and simplifying maintenance.

FAQs about the 730 W Black Ultra GB Lighting Dimmable LED System
What type of grower is the Black Ultra 730W designed for?
It is designed for growers looking for a more powerful luminaire than a compact LED, with good uniformity, advanced spectrum, and the capacity to handle more demanding indoor crops.
How much power does the Black Ultra 730 W LED System consume?
At maximum power, its nominal electrical consumption is 730 W, approximately equivalent to 0.73 kWh for each hour of operation. With a 12-hour photoperiod, it would consume around 8.76 kWh daily, while with 18 hours, the approximate consumption would be 13.14 kWh daily. By reducing the intensity using the dimmer, consumption also decreases according to the selected level.
Is the Black Ultra 730W suitable for the entire grow cycle?
Yes. Its combination of 3000K, 5000K, 660nm, 730nm, and 450nm allows it to accompany the plant from growth to flowering.
Why is it important for it to be dimmable?
Because it allows adapting the light intensity to each phase of cultivation. This way, you can work more gently in initial stages and increase power when the plant needs more energy, especially during flowering.
Does the bar design improve light distribution?
Yes. The 6-bar structure helps distribute light more uniformly over the canopy, reducing less illuminated areas and promoting more balanced development.
What does the 730nm Far Red contribute to this LED system?
The 730nm Far Red works together with the 660nm Deep Red to activate the Emerson Effect, helping to improve photosynthetic efficiency and the plant's utilization of light.
