The Mam\u00e1 Cultiva and Cameda organizations have been proposing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gbthegreenbrand.com\/289-cannabis-healthcare\">Cannabis Healthcare<\/a> system for years, and they eventually got permission to have a vote. <strong>On the 23<sup>rd<\/sup> of November 2016, the Chamber of Deputies of the Nation of Argentina voted in favor of a law<\/strong> that would allow certain patients access to cannabis oil to calm their pains and illnesses. These organizations are formed by families with sick members that need to <strong>use this product daily<\/strong> to improve their quality of life.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7482\" title=\"Argentina Legalizes Medicinal Cannabis - Protest\" src=\"https:\/\/www.growbarato.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/maxresdefault-1024x576-1.jpg\" alt=\"Argentina Legalizes Medicinal Cannabis\" width=\"542\" height=\"305\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Some of the most important politicians in <strong>Argentina<\/strong> are in favor of medicinal <strong>cannabis<\/strong>, like the deputies <strong>Leandro Busatto, Danilo Capitani or Paco Garibaldi.<\/strong> The ex-minister of health, Miguel Capiello considers cannabis as just another kind of medicine due to the fact that one of his sons suffers epilepsy and needs it for medicinal reasons.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7481\" title=\"Argentina Legalizes Medicinal Cannabis - oil\" src=\"https:\/\/www.growbarato.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Drug_bottle_containing_cannabis.jpg\" alt=\"Argentina Legalizes Medicinal Cannabis\" width=\"124\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gbthegreenbrand.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Drug_bottle_containing_cannabis.jpg 284w, https:\/\/www.gbthegreenbrand.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Drug_bottle_containing_cannabis-141x300.jpg 141w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 124px) 100vw, 124px\" \/>In Argentina, <strong>cannabis oil has been used<\/strong> for quite a long time to treat various illnesses, but always <strong>behind closed doors with home-made extractions<\/strong>. Growing privately still hasn\u2019t been depenalized; the <strong>government will provide a series of registered patients<\/strong> with cannabis oil for medicinal uses. The president of Mam\u00e1 Cultiva, <strong>Valeria Salegh, ensures the government that she is a responsible user<\/strong> and she just wants her son to get the medication that he needs; her son needs to be on constant medication and its out of it quite a lot, but with just a drop of cannabis oil he can smile and look at his mother without being completely drugged.<\/p>\n<p>This oil can be used to treat issues like <strong>glaucoma, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gbthegreenbrand.com\/cannabis-healthcare\/2265-cream-with-cbd-forte-100g.html\"> pain relief<\/a>, stress, depression, cancer, epilepsy\u2026 the list goes on<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The new law promotes <strong>developments and industrial production of cannabis<\/strong> in order to make extractions and make different types of medication based on cannabis oil extractions.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment the government is going to <strong>import<\/strong> the oil until they are capable of producing it, a <strong>responsibility<\/strong> which has fallen into the hands of the <strong>National Institute of Farming Technology<\/strong>. The project, known as <strong>ANMAT<\/strong>, will also be in charge of handing out permission slips that allow patients to register into the program.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7484\" title=\"Argentina Legalizes Medicinal Cannabis - Government chamber\" src=\"https:\/\/www.growbarato.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Inauguracion_del_131\u00b0_periodo_de_sesiones_ordinarias_del_Congreso_de_la_Nacion_de_Argentina-1024x681-1.jpg\" alt=\"Argentina Legalizes Medicinal Cannabis\" width=\"422\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The organizations in charge of promoting this law are quite happy with the result; even though they won\u2019t be able to grow themselves, they still <strong>managed to reach favorable conclusions and conditions<\/strong>. The law has a total of 10 articles, one of which expressly states that growing cannabis is illegal.
